We will do a surface level dive into you and your goal(s). This is the opportunity for you to get a feel for my coaching style. At the end you can confirm which coaching package best fits your needs.

Get a clear focus on the career path that you want! This time will be for understanding where you are in the "work" world and if this is the place/position for you. Learn about climbing the ladder to success or building the land of business ownership.

Sometimes you have an idea and just need another professional to help you weave through the "noise" to achieve execution. That is what this session is designed to do. During your 50 minute time, you will present your idea or roadblock and together we will create the best plan of action for executing it.

Use this option truly if there is only one idea that you have and only need a brainstorming session. Otherwise, consider either the 30, 60, or 90 day coaching program.

Choose from a variety of platforms and learn the primary principles of use (*includes a finished product) . Each session is up to 2 hours and includes basic instruction on how to utilize and/or set up the following: Eventbrite, Website (Go Daddy 1 page, Zoom, Social Media-FB, IG. For Zoom, you must have active account or be willing to get them during your session.

This program is best for the business owner/entrepreneur who has a given structure in place and require a little support executing their plan. Your 30-day program includes 4 weekly sessions that will include brainstorming, specific directives and takeaways/follow-ups. This also includes a mid-week check point and ongoing access to me as needed in-between. You will be expected to complete tasks with deadlines in order to ensure your success.

This program is best for the business owner/entrepreneur who is having difficulties creating a business structure or plan or requires accountability and edits to a newly developed structure or plan. Your 60-day program includes 8 weekly sessions that will include brainstorming, specific directives and takeaways/follow-ups. This also includes a mid-week check point and ongoing access to me as needed in-between. You will be expected to complete tasks with deadlines in order to ensure your success.

Great for a business launch or Relaunch! This program is best for the business owner/entrepreneur who is starting or restarting and needs support creating a business structure and putting it into action. Your 90-day program includes 12 weekly sessions that will include brainstorming, specific directives and takeaways/follow-ups. This also includes a mid-week check point and ongoing access to me as needed in-between. You will be expected to complete tasks with deadlines in order to ensure your success.
